POSITION
We are hiring two kitchen preps to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Associating with Food Preparation, chopping & cutting vegetables and meat
Handling oven, grill & fryer work under the instruction
Following the chef’s recipe to marinate food
General cleaning duties to keep the station clean and tidy
Provide relief coverage for Food Server and Dishwasher as needed
Other duties assigned
TERMS
Status: Full-time
Hours of work: Up to and including 44 hours. Must be flexible to fit in business hours which is 9:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday to Sunday except public holidays. (Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays)
Salary: Starting rate as $17.6 per hour
Vacation: Two weeks’ vacation time after serving the company for one consecutive year.

Requirements: Related kitchen experience or equivalent culinary training as an asset.
