We are looking for a full time Greenhouse & Cut Flower Grower to join our team
This position is responsible for the day-to-day care and management of our greenhouses and cut flower production.
Responsibilities include:
Greenhouse propagation and seeding
Planting and transplanting
Watering and fertilizing
Weeding and general crop maintenance
Harvesting cut flowers and vegetables
Arranging flower bouquets
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with plants
Is organized and detail-oriented
Can work independently and manage daily tasks
Is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Enjoys working both outdoors and in greenhouses
Previous greenhouse, horticulture, floriculture, or farming experience is an asset but not required.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
