Compensation:
There is no fixed salary. Physicians bill directly for services provided,



depending on the number of patients seen.
Rates are competitive and discussed during the interview, giving physicians flexibility and control over their income.

Role & Responsibilities:
Provide opioid agonist therapy (OAT) and manage clients with opioid use disorder
Conduct new patient assessments, initiate OAT, and follow up with ongoing care
Prescribe and manage anti-craving medications for patients with alcohol use disorder if required
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Document patient visits accurately and participate in team meetings and discussions

Qualifications:
Medical degree and valid BC medical license
Experience or strong interest in addiction medicine preferred
Robust clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and care management
Compassionate, collaborative, and excellent communication skills
