Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Casa Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Responsibilities
Design and implement Montessori-based curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of children aged three to six years old
Facilitate a prepared setting that promotes independence, exploration, and social-emotional development
Observe and assess each child's progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements
Maintain a clean,



organized classroom that adheres to safety standards and Montessori principles
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom activities
Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and foster a positive learning community

Experience
Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is required
Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development principles is highly preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and robust organizational abilities are essential
Proficiency in computer operation and classroom management software is desirable for record keeping and communication purposes
Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, effective time management, and the ability to foster a nurturing classroom workplace

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
