POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Cogir Immobilier is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building located in Saint-Jérôme. Are you a versatile person, agile with your hands, and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in events organized for tenants when required.

Administration
Provide a high level of customer service

Health Care
Respond to all emergency situations

Construction
Clean the administrative office
Transparent and salt the entrances
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintain property areas and systems
Maintain the garden
Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
Make service calls




Preventive maintenance on equipment
Taking out the trash

Food Services
Perform other related duties
Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
Bilingualism both oral and written
Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
High school diploma (SSD)
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
