Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide qualified massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a dedication to customer service. The Massage Therapist will work in a welcoming environment focused on enhancing clients' health and comfort through personalized treatments.

Responsibilities
Perform skilled massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans.
Maintain a clean, secure, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care routines.




Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress while respecting confidentiality standards.
Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the session.

Experience
Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address client concerns.
Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapy practice is necessary. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care in a skilled setting that values ongoing learning and client well-being.

Pay: $70.00-$75.00 per hour
