Duties
Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
Process customer purchases and orders accurately.




Keep showcases fully stocked,cleaned and beautifully presented.
Maintain a clean, organized cafe throughout the day

Skills
Excellent account management capabilities to nurture ongoing customer relationships
Customer service orientation combined with proactive communication skills
Demonstrated success in technology sales or related fields is a plus
