What Will You Do?
As an Business Development Representative working hybrid in our Lethbridge office, you'll:
Respond to inbound insurance leads (primarily over the phone)
Perform risk discovery analysis on current clients for optimal coverage options
Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes
To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:
A level 1 Alberta Insurance License or above
1 year of experience as an insurance broker
Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:
Additional insurance licenses and/or relevant experience
Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
Proficiency in insurance company portals
