We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation




Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
Experience with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment is advantageous
Proven ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
