Are you a refrigeration technician who prefers diagnostics and service over repetitive installs?

Thermo Tec Mechanical is expanding our service division and looking for a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic with robust troubleshooting ability and Gas certification to lead complex diagnostic and repair work.

This role is refrigeration-heavy and service-focused.

The Work:
Advanced diagnostics on heat pumps & HVAC systems
Refrigeration system troubleshooting
Electrical and controls diagnosis
Performance testing & system optimization
Light commercial refrigeration service
Minimal repetitive production installs

We are looking for a technician who can walk onto a site, diagnose efficiently, and solve problems properly the first time.

Requirements:
Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic
Class B Gas Fitter or Red Seal Gas
Strong electrical & control troubleshooting skills
Minimum 5+ years field experience preferred
Clean driver’s abstract
