Parts Advisor – Leduc Hyundai

Leduc Hyundai, a proud member of the Landsperg Automotive Group, is on the lookout for a customer-focused, detail-driven Parts Advisor to join our high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Accurately identify and source automotive parts based on customer and technician needs
Create detailed quotes, process invoices, and collect payments
Advise customers on repair/maintenance parts and timelines
Maintain clean and accurate inventory records, including parts counts and stock organization
Order and receive parts, label and assign inventory appropriately
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely repairs and parts availability
Maintain an organized, clean workspace and uphold dealership safety standards

What You Bring to the Table:




2+ year of experience in an automotive parts department
PBS or similar DMS experience (asset)
Strong computer and math skills
Mechanically inclined with a sharp attention to detail
Calm under pressure and thrives in a quick-paced shop
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Team player mindset but capable of working independently

Requirements:
High School Diploma (required)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends
