Key Responsibilities:
Perform exact and sanitary TIG welding on stainless steel materials.
Execute thin wall stainless tube welding according to specifications.
Ensure the integrity and quality of welds through meticulous attention to detail.
Utilize argon purge techniques to maintain high-quality welds and prevent oxidation.
Read, cut and fit components as needed to achieve final outcome.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on welding equipment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Stainless Steel TIG Welder, with a focus on sanitary welding.
Proficiency in thin wall stainless tube welding techniques.




Demonstrated ability to effectively use argon purge techniques for high-quality welds.
Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Competent with pipefitting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless welds.
Familiarity with welding equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Welding certification (Journeyman) required.

Work Details
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Expected Hours: 8 hour per day
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required.
Location: Mostly in town with occasional travelling to clients' facilities in Alberta.

Experience:
TIG welding: 2 years (required)
Sanitary Tig Welding: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Forklift Licence (preferred)
Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
Confined Space Certification (preferred)
