What ideal candidates will have:
Previous experience in the pet industry is REQUIRED (pet store, vet clinic, grooming, daycare, etc.)
A genuine interest in pet health, nutrition, and holistic care




Solid communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
The ability to work in a team workplace and contribute positively
A willingness to learn our approach to pet health and nutrition
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Flexibility to work at our Langley location

Key responsibilities of a Bone & Biscuit retail sales associate:
Assist customers with product selection and pet nutrition guidance
Provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with clients
Restock shelves, receive shipments, and maintain store cleanliness
Support daily store operations and team tasks
