Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep tasks to ensure a protected, clean, and welcoming workplace. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces
Conduct routine facilities maintenance to address minor repairs and ensure equipment is in good working order
Assist with commercial cleaning tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
Monitor the condition of the premises, identifying areas requiring attention or repair
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing




Support other team members in maintaining a clean and organized setting

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools is advantageous
Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
