We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer that will help us achieve our AI and process automation using Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate has as strong technical foundation in the Microsoft Power Platform and the ability to analyze complex business processes and deliver innovative, practical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with upper management and project managers to gather and understand user requirements for Power Platform and AI solutions
Support development and ongoing development
Integrate Power Platform components with existing systems software
Support with process automation and increased efficiencies using Power Automate and Assist with solution deployment, migration and provisioning environments
Implement data validation, security,
and access controls within Power Platform Solutions.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in Power Platform Solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Collaborate with third party to ensure integration with ERP systems where possible
Collaborate with internal teams on improvements to our existing data architecture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
3+ years’ experience with Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Copilot Studio
Strong Power Automate workflow design experience
Hands-on experience with Power BI Integration
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Considered an Asset
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate)
Equifax and/or Docu sign API exposure
Power BI Experience
Familiarity with web portal integrations
