Engage customers in retail locations and meet the quotas daily and weekly
high volume of upselling
Will be walking around the store and approaching customers. (should be comfortable to work around the store and stand for long hours)
Educate customers about credit card benefits and promotions
Assist customers with completing applications
Meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain professionalism and compliance standards Qualifications
Prior experience in face to face sales, door to door , credit card, or insurance sales is highly desirable
Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial products
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
