Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of flavorful curry dishes using authentic recipes and fresh ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and hygiene standards at all times
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and measuring ingredients for productive meal assembly
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, maintaining excellent food service standards
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality control
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience while adhering to restaurant policies
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry
Strong knowledge of curry recipes, spices, and traditional cooking techniques
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and best practices
