Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Carpenters and Skilled Labourers to join our construction team. This role involves working on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects, requiring a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in carpentry or skilled labour, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties
Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing building materials such as wood, drywall, and framing components
Operating hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
Assisting with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines




Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements
Proven experience as a Carpenter or Skilled Labourer in construction or related fields
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations on construction sites
Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Valid driver’s license is a plus for transportation between job sites
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
