Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Long Haul Flatbed Truck Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves operating commercial trucks over long distances to USA and Back deliver freight safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of freight handling, heavy equipment operation, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work with a qualified team dedicated to excellence in logistics and transportation.

Duties
Safely operate large commercial trucks across long-distance in Canada and USA routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Transport freight efficiently from origin to destination, ensuring timely deliveries
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brake systems
securing freight properly to prevent damage during transit
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transit
Adhere to company policies regarding safety protocols, hours of service, and vehicle operation





Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Must be able to transparent a Drug test
Must me able to Legaly work in Canada.
Must be able to Cross the USA border and posses Valid travel documents.
Experience in commercial driving, preferably in long-haul flatbed or freight transportation
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as forklifts for loading/unloading freight
Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues on the road
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Strong organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation
Physical ability to lift or move freight up to 50 pounds when necessary
Willingness to work long hours on the road, including overnight trips as required
Prior experience with freight handling is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
