Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers at the parts counter by understanding their needs and efficiently locating the correct parts to get them back up and running.

Master Diagnostics: Read and interpret parts diagnostics, diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure precision in every order.

Utilize Technology: Navigate computerized inventory systems and parts libraries to track down the perfect part.

Handle Special Orders: Follow up on special orders and keep customers informed as soon as their parts arrive.

Merchandising Support: Help create and maintain eye-catching merchandising displays that showcase our parts and promotions.

Promote Our Specials: Actively promote dealership specials and merchandising campaigns, boosting sales and customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer feels valued and appreciated, creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
