As an industry leader reporting to the Senior VP, you will analyze group retirement strategies and mentor team specialists to achieve their goals effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Guide strategic direction within the Group Retirement division
Mentor team members for qualified growth
Serve as primary contact for key client accounts




Manage complex client scenarios with expertise
Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
College or university graduate, or equivalent experience
Completion of LLQP required within one year
Five years of experience in group retirement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, with strong math abilities
