About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer to work closely with our CTO on the development and continued improvement of ProbPoint’s cloud-based inspection platform. The role will cover both core product development and the expansion of platform features as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop features for inspections, dashboards, reports, alerts, and equipment management Build and maintain APIs, databases, backend services, and user-facing functions Support integrations with robots, cameras, sensors, drones, and cloud services Contribute to AI-assisted data analysis, defect detection, and automated reporting Improve platform reliability, security, performance,



and scalability Troubleshoot technical issues and support product releases Maintain explicit technical and system documentation

Qualifications
Degree or diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related field Experience developing web or cloud-based applications Robust knowledge of APIs, databases, backend systems, and up-to-date development practices Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with AI, computer vision, IoT, robotics, or data analytics is an asset Comfortable working in a growing technology company

Pay: $117,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Vancouver, BC
