Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Business Analyst to join their project in August or September 2026 and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidates should have experience in SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Business Analyst. This position is not a hands-on configuration role, and ideal candidates should also have experience acting as a liaison between Operations, Maintenance, Project teams, and the offshore Managed Services Provider. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating work between business users and offshore SAP support teams.
Managing production incidents and enhancement requests.
Ensuring service quality and operational stability.
Translating business needs into actionable work for technical teams.




Supporting field operations that rely on SAP-integrated solutions.
Coordinate incident management and production support activities.
Facilitate communication between business users and offshore technical teams.
Manage enhancement requests and support prioritization.
Coordinate testing activities and business validation.
Participate in release planning and change management.
Monitor service quality and SLA performance.
Coordinate cross-functional activities involving SAP and integrated applications.
Track issues through to successful resolution.
Provide regular communication and status reporting to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP support operations.
