Evening & Weekend Receptionist
Southside Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for every other Saturday 9am-5pm. Occasional weekday shifts may also be available.

A receptionist is the dealership's first point of contact with customers and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. They will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and direct their needs to the appropriate department or staff member who may assist them.

Job Duties:
Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Greet walk-in customers and assist them as required.
Handle all customer waivers and forms for the sales department
Receive and document payment tendered by customers on behalf of sales, service and parts department.
Track sales calls.
Scanning documents.
Maintain an organized work space.
Data entry as required.
General filing as required.
Additional duties as required.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Successful Candidates Possess:
At least 1 year of administration or dealership experience




Outstanding organizational skills
An outgoing and friendly personality
Problem solving skills
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Computer skills
Ability to multi-task
