What You’ll Do
Travel to scheduled real estate photo appointments (condos/houses)
Capture a complete set of photos following our shot list and standards
Be professional with clients/agents on-site and keep appointments running smoothly
Upload the raw files to our cloud storage immediately after each shoot (or same day)
Follow our procedures for file naming, organization, and handoff
When needed, complete reshoots for missed required angles (see reshoot policy below)

Reshoot Policy (Fair + Transparent)
If a reshoot is needed due to missed required angles / avoidable shooter error, it may be unpaid (on your time)
If a reshoot is needed due to client changes, access issues, staging not ready, weather, or added requests, it will be paid (rate discussed upfront)

What We’re Looking For

Required
Valid driver’s license + reliable car (you’ll travel between shoots)
Punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a shot list consistently




Basic tech skills (uploading files, using cloud storage, managing folders)
Professional appearance and communication with clients/agents

Nice to Have
Experience shooting real estate/interiors (even personal/portfolio work)
Understanding of composition, vertical lines, exposure, and interior lighting
Bilingual (English/French)

We Provide
Camera + gear (and full training on our systems and procedures)
A consistent pipeline of appointments on your assigned days
Explicit shot lists, examples, and support so you know exactly what “good” looks like
Chance to grow into more volume and more services over time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
