Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our agile team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Operate the POS system, including Toast POS, to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol consumption.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices at all times.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
Robust knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food service practices.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanour and positive attitude.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
