Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious meals in a quick-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and assembly according to recipes and quality standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation guidelines
Support inventory management by rotating stock and checking supplies

Experience:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment




Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented setting
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
