IS2 is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead a busy parts department within the heavy-duty truck or automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience in parts operations, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily parts department operations and ensure excellent customer service
Lead, coach, and develop the parts team
Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock replenishment
Work closely with suppliers and negotiate pricing when required
Partner with the service department to ensure timely parts fulfillment
Monitor inventory, pricing, and margins to maximize profitability
Process warranty claims, returns, and core credits




Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and department performance
Ensure a safe, organized, and skilled work environment

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a heavy-duty truck, heavy equipment, or automotive parts environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain processes
Experience managing pricing, margins, and inventory performance
Familiarity with freight, warranty, and core return processes
Proficient with ERP or inventory management systems
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
