We are looking for a motivated and reliable Installation Helper to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As a Window & Door Installation Helper, you’ll work alongside our experienced installers and support with the preparation, installation, and finishing of residential and commercial window and door projects. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a robust work ethic. Experience is an asset but not required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers with the installation of windows and doors
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on site
Prepare job sites by removing old products and ensuring proper setup
Measure, cut, and assemble materials under supervision




Help ensure installations meet safety, quality, and building standards
Maintain a clean and safe work setting
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications:
Previous construction or installation experience is an asset, but not required
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 lbs)
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
