Assess clients' foot health and provide care plans
Continuously evaluate client care interventions
Document care activities and patient progress
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care
Facilitate client education on foot care Requirements:
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Advanced Foot Care Certification from a recognized institution
Minimum of 100 hours experience as a Foot Care Nurse
