Veterinary Technician Assistant (TA) – West Springs Veterinary Hospital

West Springs Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Technician Assistant (TA) to join our growing team in our brand-new 5,000 sq. ft. facility.

We are a fast-paced clinic offering urgent care, general practice, and advanced surgical services, and we’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about patient care and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Support RVTs and DVMs with patient care and treatments
Assist with patient restraint, handling, and comfort
Prepare and maintain treatment and surgical areas
Clean, sterilize, and maintain equipment
Assist with radiology, lab work, and sample collection
Support reception with answering phone calls, responding to PetDesk messages etc
Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic
Communicate effectively with the team to support workflow and patient care

Qualifications
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic required




Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable communicating with clients
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
Excellent communication skills

Full-time
Evenings and Saturday rotation required
