Full time Handyman / Maintenance Technician Needed

We are looking for a reliable and experienced full time handyman to join our property management team. The position involves general building maintenance, repairs, and renovations across multiple residential properties.

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential buildings
Handle basic plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, drains, toilets, etc.)
Perform basic electrical work (lights, switches, outlets, troubleshooting)
Repair drywall, painting, plastering, and finishing work
Perform apartment turnovers and small renovations
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
Inspect buildings and report any issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar position
Knowledge of plumbing,



electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Valid driver's license is an asset
French and English communication skills required
