Reporting to the Ęgǫwadiyadagenha˺ Land Based Healing Centre Team, your main focus will be bridging gaps in mental health services for the grand community. This role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and direct experience in counselling adults facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and develop individualized care plans
• Document service interactions and maintain treatment records
• Educate families on dealing with mental health issues




• Engage in crisis intervention and aftercare services
• Foster collaborations with external health service agencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years providing counselling services
• Valid Driver’s License mandatory
• Familiarity with Hodi:nohshoni/ Rotinonhsion:ni culture
• Experience in trauma-informed care practices required
