Role Overview

SMRC Physical Therapy and Chiropractic is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented qualified to manage our daily operations and financial health. This dual role requires a candidate who can provide leadership to our front-desk team and maintain accurate financial records. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our clinic while supporting the high standard of care we provide to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Intuit), manage payroll, process billings and payments, and prepare year-end documentation for the clinic's accountant.
- Clinic Operations: Oversee inventory by ordering office and medical supplies, manage complex assessment and treatment scheduling, and provide essential administrative support to the clinic owners.
- Front-End Support: Greet clients, answer multi-line phones, book appointments, process payments,



and ensure efficient patient flow by escorting clients to examination rooms.
- Leadership & Liaison: Act as a central point of communication between staff and employers to maintain a professional, organized and collaborative workspace.

Qualifications

- Proven Experience: Prior experience in an Office Administration or Clinic Management role is required.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll systems is essential.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, a proven track record of proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Professionalism: A friendly, patient focused demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and excellence.
