Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes
• Maintain safe and sanitary kitchen and food prep areas
• Communicate daily food needs with Executive Chef
• Document food temperatures and manage supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment per safety guidelines
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of cooking experience in hospitality/healthcare
• Food handlers permit as per regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge of food handling and cooking practices
