You Will

- Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
- Organize with the land sport supervisor the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures
- Coordinate workload and task distribution with other lifeguards
- Update posting and signage information when needed
- Respect resort standards on pool safety and hygiene
- Implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage materials and maintain them in good condition
- Inform the land sport supervisor or sports manager of any possible issues
