Position Summary

GLOWS is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to users, ensuring a smooth and effective user experience. Along with strong technical skills, the ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to solving problems efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring that our users receive the help they need with a high level of professionalism and care.

You Will

- Recommend solutions based on customer needs and technical issues.
- Maintain key customer relationships and provide timely follow-up support.
- Set up new users, process account changes, and manage user issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions quickly and patiently.
- Collaborate with administrators to ensure smooth technical operations.
- Provide remote demonstrations and training to end users on app features and usage.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in your field of expertise.

Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related technical support role.




- Strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve user problems.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and decision-making skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
- Background in web apps and Android device operations.
- Experience using remote assistance tools.
