Private Music Teacher - Piano, Guitar, Voice, Drums, Violin & More! role at Greater Toronto Music School. We’re hiring fun & enthusiastic private music teachers to help educate students of all ages & skill levels for the following instruments:

Instruments

- Piano
- Guitar (acoustic, electric & bass)
- Drums
- Voice
- Violin, Cello & Viola
- Saxophone, Clarinet & Flute
- Trumpet & Trombone

Responsibilities

- Deliver private lessons to students of all ages and skill levels; adapt techniques and repertoire to individual needs.
- Manage multiple students and schedules; strong time management and organization.
- Provide clear feedback to parents and school administration in a polite and informative manner.
- Contribute to engaging, customizable lessons and help students progress.




- Hold post-secondary music education or equivalent credentials through achievements in performance, recordings, or teaching.
- Multi-instrumental ability is a bonus.

Qualifications

- Instructors should have post-secondary music education or equivalent credentials through outstanding achievements in the field (performance, recordings, teaching).
- Experience teaching music; performing/recording experience is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality; ability to communicate with parents and school staff.
