We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by providing exceptional customer service, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from consultation through completion of care.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and previous experience working in a dental office.
Responsibilities
Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures.
Discuss treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently.
Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment and recall appointments.
Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff.
Ensure an exceptional patient experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
Assist with administrative duties.
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of dental office experience is required.
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is considered a strong asset.
Experience using Tracker Dental Software is mandatory.
Strong understanding of dental treatment planning and dental insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
