SkilledReady is currently hiring hardworking Construction General Labourers to assist with residential demolition projects. This role involves interior demolition, site cleanup, material removal, and preparing homes for renovation.

This is a physically demanding position requiring individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities
Remove drywall, insulation, subflooring, flooring, trim, cabinets, and other building materials.
Safely perform interior demolition using hand and power tools.
Load and dispose of demolition debris into bins or trailers.
Keep the worksite clean, organized, and protected.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Work effectively with supervisors and other crew members.




Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Requirements
Previous construction or demolition experience is considered an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
CSA-approved safety boots are required.
Hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility vest are required (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred.
Positive attitude and robust work ethic.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
