Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to menu specifications
Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
Assist with menu planning and daily prep work to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment sanitation
Support the team during service hours by ensuring timely delivery of orders
Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet dietary requirements and special requests




Ensure proper storage of food items and inventory management

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a culinary aide in a restaurant or food service environment
Solid knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Previous experience in fine dining or the food industry is desirable but not required
Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is advantageous
