Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed in accordance with health regulations
Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of tables,



dining areas, and service stations before, during, and after shifts
Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills
Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order processing
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Valuable communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
