Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Server/Bartender. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. In this role, you will create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, craft and serve drinks, provide attentive table service, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, sake, wine, and other beverages with consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the bar.
Offer recommendations and pairings to enhance the guest dining experience.
Uphold responsible service of alcohol in compliance with Smart Serve regulations.
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, skilled table service.
Present menu items with confidence, offering suggestions and answering questions.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to restaurant standards, policies, and health & safety guidelines.

Skills




Previous experience as a bartender and server in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, sake, and food pairings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart Serve certification required.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
