We are excited to open a brand-new café in West District (Southwest Calgary) and are looking for passionate, friendly Baristas to join our growing team!

What are the duties to perform:
Previous barista or customer service experience is an asset
Prior experience working in a fast-paced setting and the ability to multitask effectively
Master crafting all of the drink options on the Alforno menu
General understanding of coffee/espresso equipment and maintenance
Welcoming and providing customers with the best services
Alforno Bakery & Cafe is a special place for a group of coffee lovers who are passionate about creating a bigger meaning and a culture behind the Alforno brand cup of coffee.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages




Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
Versatile work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
Must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Important Note on Transportation:

While public transit options are available, reliable personal transportation is strongly recommended to ensure flexibility, especially during early morning and evening shifts.
