The Blossom Events Centre Inc. is one of Saskatoon's premier event venues, hosting weddings, corporate events, cultural celebrations, galas, and private functions. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain our beautiful facility to the highest standard.

Duties
Performing routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
Cleaning and maintaining offices, washrooms, kitchen/prep areas, storage rooms, and all common spaces.
Supporting laundry duties and cleaning of dishes, glassware, cutlery, and event tableware.
Cleaning and maintaining washrooms before, during, and after events to ensure exceptional cleanliness.
Maintaining floors, carpets, windows, mirrors, and fixtures to the highest standard.
Restocking supplies including soap, paper towels, tissue, and cleaning products.
Emptying garbage, recycling, and waste containers.
Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
Maintaining housekeeping equipment and ensuring cleaning supplies are stored safely.
Following all workplace health, safety,



and sanitation policies.
Assisting with event setup and post-event cleaning when required.
Performing other duties assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
A dependable, honest, and skilled approach to work.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently.
Positive judgment and problem-solving skills.
The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on event schedules.
Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is considered an asset but is not required—full training will be provided.
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
