Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Server/Bartender to join our team in a rapid-paced, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, effective under pressure, and skilled in both food service and bartending. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient table and bar service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
Check identification to ensure compliance with Ontario liquor laws
Handle cash, POS transactions, and bills accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas
Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed

Requirements & Qualifications




Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a high-volume environment
Smart Serve Certification (required in Ontario)
Solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience with POS systems
Wine and cocktail knowledge or certifications an asset
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
