Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled bicycle/e-bike mechanic who can handle basic repairs, services, tune-ups, builds etc. on a variety of bicycles, e-bikes, and scooter. This position will also require customer service and shop upkeep responsibilities as well.

Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform repairs and maintenance on bikes, e-bikes, and scooters.
Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively and enthusiatiscally
Track repairs and customer drop offs/pick ups in company system
Pick up customer phone calls
Learn about our retail offering and effectively sell e-bikes/scooters to customers who are interested
Help customers checkout, complete payments, financing applications, bike pick-ups etc.
Maintain in-house fleet of ebikes/scooters; rebuild old bikes




Maintain clean shop (clean tools, empty garbage, sweep floors, wipe down inventory, charge bikes, organize parts etc.)
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Qualifications
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
