You will oversee performance management, support matriculation, and coordinate talent mapping processes. Key Responsibilities:



• Support annual performance reviews and mid-year check-ins • Coordinate promotions and the matriculation process • Facilitate talent mapping discussions with PGLs • Act as a liaison for integration of new attorneys • Provide career development coaching and advice

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Talent or Professional Development • Extensive experience in Talent Management • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities • Knowledge of the professional development community is an asset
