BayCare seeks a full time Pharmacy Supervisor in Tampa Bay to lead pharmacy operations while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Drive productive service quality daily. Located at St. Joseph’s Children’s and Women’s Hospital, the Pharmacy Supervisor collaborates with the Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

This role requires managing pharmacy dispensing procedures, evaluating team performance, and representing pharmacy interests at hospital committees. Success in this position will be measured by operational improvements and staff development. Key Responsibilities:
Guide pharmacy team and assist in operational oversight
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations




Manage technical processes in pharmacy dispensing
Conduct staff performance evaluations and oversee discipline
Represent the pharmacy on key hospital committees

Requirements:
Licensed Pharmacist in Florida is a must
Doctorate Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervision required
3 years of related experience preferred
ASHP Accredited Pharmacy Residency completion preferred
