At UHN’s Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, the Workforce Scheduling Specialist will develop organization-wide scheduling methodologies and optimize workforce management. Your expertise in rotation management and scheduling policies will ensure operational safety and cost efficiency across various departments, working closely with management teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support unit managers in establishing effective staffing models • Analyze rotations for compliance with collective agreements • Capture rotation requirements and review optimized plans • Conduct quantitative analysis for scheduling improvement • Facilitate training and change management for scheduling staff
